As with our pools, we only carry high quality products, and issues are rare. If something does come up, we are here to help. Either by diagnosing and repairing the problem, or getting a replacement part if something is broken or not worth repairing. Our service technician had more than 25 years of experience. He has the right knowledge and tools to repair just about any problem.

Avoiding Repairs

The single most effective way to reduce costly repairs and breakdowns of your hot tub is proper water chemistry. Improper chemistry leads to aggressive water. Over time this causes oxidization, then corrosion of hot tub components such as shaft seals, heater elements, jets etc.

We want to help you avoid this. So we offer FREE Water Analysis in--Store with a computer generated diagnosis (and solution if everything isn’t ideal). And we will fully explain what each product your using does, and why it’s important.
